    About Us

I, Rosalie Tallman Bradham, am an agent with Mt. Pleasant Real Estate LLC. We are a small, "boutique" agency specializing in individualized solutions for our clients. I was a Financial Advisor with Raymond James for over twenty years before stepping down just recently. I am very excited about the prospect of spending all of my time in real estate in Charleston and am especially tantalized by what I call "Condomania in Charleston". The plethora of elegant residences in the form of condominiums on Charleston's peninsula and its environs is staggering.

My careers might be labelled checkered. I owned a ladies boutique in Savannah GA called The Horses Mouth for seventeen years. Chuck Tallman, I, and our two boys, Smithy and William, owned and operated a marvelous summer camp for adolescents in France, called Camp Marchand, for fifteen years. Somehow in the midst of this, my husband and I owned and ran a French specialty food business called A Taste of France, with designer labels customized for the likes of Neiman Marcus and American Express.

I spent my first eighteen years growing up in downtown Charleston, an idyllic life in eighteenth century homes and a close knit group of friends.

After graduating from Ashley Hall, I earned my BA degree in Mathematics from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Now back in Charleston, I spend every spare minute enjoying the wonders of our creeks and marshes. I am definitely the queen crabber in the creeks and probably the court jester of offshore fishermen. I play tennis a few times a week, plus try to fit in several hours of yoga.

Rose Bradham knows Charleston. She was born in historic downtown Charleston in a house built in 1769. She knows the 18th Century interiors, from spending twenty one years in her friends' houses down the street, as well as tagging along with her mother who was an interior designer. Having been back in Charleston for over twenty years, she has an intimate feel for the "new Charleston", the city of fabulous condominiums, art galleries, and world class restaurants.

We know how to cook shrimp and grits lots of ways, from the old fashioned simple style to the newer sophisticated twists. We know Charleston's creeks and rivers by heart and where to find the best crabbing hole and trout drops. We know which seafood vendor has Charleston's freshest catch. We know local businesses and the opportunities therein. And we know what goes on behind Charleston's wrought iron gates, at least some of the time. We feel the pulse of this vibrant city.
