The price of $1500 monthly for this charming carriage house includes water. A quaint courtyard leads to the house which has 1000 sq ft and 1.5BR and 1BA. There is a "mini" bedroom with a single bed off the master bedroom, which is a nice perk. Definitely a nice pied a terre for someone wanting the give old Charleston living a whirl.
