The taxes here a bit steep at $3038 annually. Add that to the $361 monthly Regime Fee and it begins to look a little pricey.
There is one other condo available in this building. It has 2BR and 2 full baths,brazilian cherry flooring, travertine, crown molding, and lots of storage. Looks to me like a pretty good buy at $569,000 for 979 square feet.
