20% Price Reduction on Charleston Harbor
Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:39PM
This waterfront Charleston condo in The Renaissance has a 20% price reduction going for it. The new price is $995,000, down from an asking price of $1,250,000 on 12/18/3008. The current owner paid $977,500 in 2005. This 7th floor Charleston condominium has a commanding view of the Ravenel Bridge and the expansive Charleston harbor. Located just over the bridge in Mt Pleasant, it affords a quick hop skip and jump to downtown Charleston, with the convenience of parking. A semi-private elevator opens up into your foyer.
This would be an ideal residence for a sailor. The Patriot's Point Marina is a stone's throw away with immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean.
Some of the features are the triple crown molding, 9ft. ceilings, granite countertops, stainless Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher. The Regime fee of $985 monthly includes exterior insurance, water/sewer, basic cable, propane gas, onsite management M-Sa, exercise room, and salt-water pool. This Charleston condominium unit is also offered furnished. I will try to get that price information shortly.
The Renaissance was built in 2000. This particular Charleston condo went on the market then for $870,000. There were some structural problems but they have been rectified, to my knowledge. Depending on ow anxious the owner is to sell, this could be a sweet deal! All you have to do to work out is leave our front door and hop on the Ravenel Bridge for a stunning jog!
