This would be an ideal residence for a sailor. The Patriot's Point Marina is a stone's throw away with immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The Renaissance was built in 2000. This particular Charleston condo went on the market then for $870,000. There were some structural problems but they have been rectified, to my knowledge. Depending on ow anxious the owner is to sell, this could be a sweet deal! All you have to do to work out is leave our front door and hop on the Ravenel Bridge for a stunning jog!
