SOLD - Lowest Priced Condo in the Tides

$438,000 This Tides Condominium was taken off the market a little while back, but has now been re-listed. Whilst not as cheap as before, the price for the Charleston Condominium is still excellent value, given it was originally listed at $520,000.
Unit 216 is a 1240 sq ft 1BR, 1.5BA unit at the Tides. Compare that with the other new charleston condo developments in town, and you will find that it is even lower than One Cool Blow, which is not at all in the same league as the Tides.
The Tides leaves no worry about how it will stand up to hurricanes and earthquakes. The doors that lead out to the patios are so thick they resemble bank vault doors. All of the windows are high impact glass.
For someone looking for a pied a terre with magnificent vista views of the river and downtown Charleston, and only ten minutes to the heart of downtown charleston, this is a treasure. The amenities are A-1 and the price is right.
