The Village at Wild Dunes 501-C has just been reduced again! It's now $977,500, down from the latest price of $1,149,999, which makes it the lowest priced 3BR Village condo on the market. So RUN, don't walk and look at my entry on this condo with the pics that I added to the site a few weeks ago.

A couple more comments. The panoramic views are of the Intracoastal Waterway, ocean and nearby marshes. It was the highest performing Village condo in the Wild Dunes rental program in its first summer. And don't forget...It's FULLY FURNISHED.

I will be glad to get the rental history and run some figures for you. I really think this is the time to start considering this investment. Plus think of the fun you'll have when you come down and go to the spa and restaurants, play golf and tennis, and bask in the sun at the beach.
