Huge Price Reduction on New Townhouses near the Beach

I have watched this construction for a year and a half, and didn't feature these townhouses because they were too pricey in my opinion. But NOW, folks, they have been reduced on average of 30% and offer some pretty great value. They are overlooking the marsh flats and intracoastal waterway, just a short bike ride to posh Sullivan's Island. Sort of like being on the island for $489,000 to $929,000 rather than $2,000,000 up.

Each unit has the ubiquitous granite counter tops and stainless appliances. These units have hardwood floors, a la Brazilian cherry, 9' ceilings in the Master, crown moulding, gas fireplaces, and private garages. An elevator option is available. The range is 1715 sq ft to 2862 sg ft, with 3 to 4BR and 3 to 4BA. Nice and roomy! I figure that the price per square ft averages $275.

I am attaching the price history and a couple of renderings. I'll add some more photos a little later.

    Pros

    Elegant and spacious
    Good pricing
    Elevator option
Within "spittin' distance" of the beach
    15 minutes to downtown Charleston

    Cons

    No amenities
They have not published the regime fees yet
