I have just received a new price list from Midtown, the chic pocket charleston condominium development. This charleston condo development is in the heart of the dynamic revitilization in the upper part of the Charleston peninsula.

Midtown is cleverly nestled across a city block in the Cannonborough neighborhood, called a Renaissance by the local gentry. The City Of Charleston is planning an extensive streetscape revitalization project to begin in Spring 2009. Just a few blocks from the evolving upscale district of Upper King St, I consider it a dynamic neighborhood to call home, a little touch of modernity rubbing elbows with old Charleston history. There are 35 units in this charleston condominium complex, ranging from single family, duplexes, to condos, mingle in this tasteful ambiance, ranging from 1179 sq ft to 2120 sq ft.

The price reductions represent about 15% of the original asking prices. I would think there would be some negotiating room so do a doubletake and take a look at these neat condos and townhouses.
