The existing model at Midtown has just sold, so they have set up a very spiffy new model at 36 Cannon Street. This 2072 sq ft unit has 3BR and 2.5BA and is now going for the asking price of $649,000. The original asking price was $699,000, so I would think that this might be a good buy, especially if you ask them to throw all the furnishings in!

I still like Midtown. I think the units are chic and the location great. This is an up and coming area. Anyone who goes in now will probably be very happy campers in a couple of years.
